The first 100 stores get the Business plan at the Starter price — UAH 299/mo instead of 799. That price is locked for the full first year. After that the list price applies, with at least a month of notice. No cut of sales. Maximum is priced after a short brief.

No. Products go in through the admin, you pick a theme from a list, and publishing is one click. At launch our team is nearby: we help migrate the catalog and set up delivery.
LiqPay requires a registered sole proprietor or legal entity. Without registration you can still open the storefront and take orders, then connect cards later. We can advise on registration if you need it.
LiqPay: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Acquiring fees go to the bank, not to SendyShop.
Yes. At checkout the buyer picks a city and branch, a postomat, or a courier address. You create the waybill from the order in admin; the buyer gets the tracking number by email and in the Nova Poshta app.
Yes, on Business and Maximum. On Starter the store runs at yourstore.sendy.com.ua. You can switch to your domain later without moving the catalog.
300 on Starter, 3,000 on Business, unlimited on Maximum. On Business we help migrate the catalog.
Yes. Besides ready themes we customize the storefront as a separate project: scope and price after a short brief.
It is your data. On request we send the catalog and customer list as a file — we do not hold it hostage.
